A: Property Asset Planning receives a fee from the builders we source as being the best option for your individual investment needs. Those builders don't ever charge you for the money they pay us, so the money doesn't come from you.
The builders know that we have the knowledge and the information required to create the ideal investment package to suit your wealth creation needs, so they're happy to offer us exceptional service in return for a client with a building plan that already contains very specifically considered inclusions, additions and extras that matter to serious investors. When it comes to your investment property you simply can't afford to get the inclusions wrong!

Q: Why can't I just find my own builder and get my own quotes?

A: You're able to source your own builder at any time! If you choose to, we will work closely with a range of builders and we constantly compare different companies to be sure our clients are receiving the best value for money as well as knowing that your building times are as quick as possible. This liaison with builders means we're able to fast-track the commencement of your investment property so that you're able to work on other things sooner.
Allowing us to help you with your initial negotiations with a builder also means we won't allow you or your builder to forget to add those inclusions that could mean the difference between an average rental property or a wealth-creating investment.
